At EARS we love being "Match Makers" for precious pets and people.  We dedicate ourselves to helping all our animals adjust to the change in their living situations.  All dogs are in loving foster homes, there the foster parents learn the dog's personality and behaviors.  By understanding each individual dog's needs they are then matched up with the "perfect forever homes".

Our cats are well socialized and many people from the community stop by our adoption center to spend time with them show them love.   We love watching connections being made between these precious pets and people looking to adopt.

We may think we rescue them but in fact they rescue us.  Here are few people who feel the same way.

Shaggy is a loving 4 year old poodle mix.  He has a tendency to be a little over protective so he requires a loving home that will provide him with additional training.  He becomes loyal very quickly.  He is a cutie and just needs to find the right doggie parents.

Nicolas, Otis, Pip and Tina are ready to become a loving part of your home.

We have so many beautiful cats and kittens waiting for their forever homes.
Here are Chica, Krissy, Kylie

Update from EARS

Wow, it has been way too long since we have posted and will do better to keep you all updated on EARS happenings.  We are a no-kill, no-cage non-profit animal rescue that survives solely on donations.  Our board members and volunteers have enormous hearts and are truly dedicated to helping precious pets find "forever homes".

Donations of Friskies dry and canned food, cat litter, bleach and paper towels are needed on a daily basis.  Assistance with medical expenses is gratefully appreciated,  with over 60 pets in our care, we must keep them healthy and up-to-date on all vaccines.  As you can imagine our vet bills are high and we appreciate the community coming together to help pay down these costs.

We do have Pet Food Pantry.  Donations of cat and dog food are accepted at EARS and we donate this food to help pet owners in our community feed their pets.  Everyone needs a helping hand now and then.

Our Re-Sale Store has been a big help in raising much needed funds.  We are thankful to all the people that donate to our store and to all of those who shop their.  All purchases go directly to the animals and sales are all tax-free plus a tax write-off.

Check out our Facebook page       Rascal Resale  that is update often.  (it is named after our mascot Rascal)

Volunteers are always needed.  If you have been looking for a way to help your community we would love to have you volunteer at EARS.  It is so rewarding helping precious pets.

WINK TV in Ft. Myers has been a great supporter of EARS by helping us get the word out about what an amazing organization EARS is.
Sunday, December 2nd we appeared on their morning broadcast to promote adopting responsibly and to let the community know we are selling Christmas Trees to raise money for the animals.
